- 20-yard: starting at $465 — includes 3 tons; the everyday renovation size
- 30-yard: starting at $525 — includes 4 tons; whole-home renovations
- 40-yard: starting at $600 — includes 5 tons; commercial and new construction
What the base rate includes
Each rate covers delivery, pickup, disposal up to the included tonnage, and your rental window (3 or 7 days). Overages are billed transparently: additional tonnage at $85/ton, and extra days at a flat per-day rate that scales with container size.
