Acceptance of terms
By using wilbertwaste.com and ordering dumpster rental services from Wilbert Waste Services LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Wilbert Waste Services provides roll-off dumpster rental and debris hauling in the Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester county service area of South Carolina. Specific terms, pricing, included tonnage, and rental periods are disclosed at the time of booking and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous waste, liquids, tires, freon-containing appliances, batteries, medical or biohazard waste, and any materials prohibited by federal, state, or local law may not be placed in our containers. Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees and you remain liable for any resulting costs or penalties.
Weight and overage
Each rental includes a stated tonnage allowance. Weight overages are billed at the per-ton rate disclosed at booking. You are responsible for keeping loading within legal transport limits. We reserve the right to refuse pickup or apply additional fees for loads that violate weight or material rules.
Placement and property
You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible placement location. We protect driveways with boards but are not liable for normal surface wear from container placement. You are responsible for obtaining any permits required by your municipality for street or right-of-way placement.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and reschedule policies are disclosed at booking. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilbert Waste Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berkeley County, South Carolina.
